호텔 카드키문제가 정말 심했고 의사소통이 문제가 아니라 직원들 자체가 말의 요지를 파악 못하면 똑같은 실수를 거의 10번정도를 했습니다. 심지어 에어컨에서 물이새서 침대가 많이 젖었습니다. 이건 그래도 방을 교체해줘서 괜찮았네요;

攜程定了過去被告知房間已滿，溝通之後説讓阿姨現打掃一下，結果打掃將近兩個小時，催促兩次後給了房卡上樓發現門是開着的，進去什麼都沒打掃的，床品臟亂，設施老舊，垃圾未倒，房間電話是擺設，下去重新換了房間，結果房卡刷開後沒辦法供電，又下去找人上來換卡，成功進入房間。
沒過一會有男人用越南語敲門，聽不懂，他還在瘋狂敲並劇烈搖動把手呼喊，後來求助越南同事才溝通完成，聽此人説上來換卡，但是絲毫沒有服務意識！！！且酒店內部都不做溝通，毫無管理影響客户休息！！讓第一次來越南的我們超沒安全感，另外房間空調是壞的，半夜睡覺還有嘈雜水聲，總之體驗感極差！！！衹有早餐種類還算豐富，除此之外再沒優點！真的很差，寫這麼多給國人同胞避雷！慎住！
